The best way I have found to achieve this is:
1. Place your product on a single sheet of white A4 paper.
2. Ensure your flash is ON and you are in a WELL LIT room, this is very important
3. Take your photograph as close as you can.
4. Open it up in photoshop and use the select white tool in curves, to get rid of all nasty colours.
5. Adjust levels and curves (See earlier tutorial) until you are happy with the finished outcome
6. OPTIONAL - Add a vignette (see tutorial above)
7. Crop to size and you're done!
